Amazing Android Camera Apps

These apps will help you get even more from your android camera
Instagram App
 1. Instagram:
The iPhone favourite is a smash on Android.
In a busy couple of weeks one of the iPhone's most popular apps made its debut on Android", racked up five million downloads in its first week, and was promptly bought by facebook for a billion dollars. Instagram was first launched in October 2010, and its combination of retro photo effects and social networking helped it quickly a mass 30 million users and drive the massive growth in camera phone photography. In spite of the presence of  countless similar retro hiter apps on Android, and the fact that manufactures such as HTC build the same functionality directly into their phones- Instagram has always been one of the most wanted apps on Android.

The app replicates the look (and flaws) of old analog cameras, replacing the sometimes synthetic look of digital  with the light leaks of a Polaroid of the yelllow tini of bonus print film, but it's ubiquity is not without some controversy. While the app undoubtedly has the ability to turn a mediocre snap into something interesting the retro look is becoming cliched; and while such effects used to be an effective way of masking limitations of poor quality phones, wheter users will continue to want to use it with high quality devices like the One X remains to be  seen. And the facebook acquisition raises even more question.

2. AfterFocus
Leading the change of Instagram beaters.
After fokus is a brand new app that takes a different approach to photo editing. Yes, there's a baton of retro filter for you to aply to to your images if you want them, but this app is designed as something altogether more clever. AfterFocus looks to replicate the shalow depth of field you can get from a DSLR, something which is not possible to achieve with the small sensor in a phone camera. It's simple to use-just drag your finger over the parts of the image you want to be in Focusand put of focus, and the app does the rest!

Innovation comes to camera apps
Remove is one of the most innovative examples of where camera phone software technology is heading.

Remove solves that age-old problem of having unwanted people or objects creeping into your photos. It takes several shots in a row, analyses them, and then composites them together sains obstructions, enabling you to take perfectly clear images even within crowded scenes. Remove won't be available for download as an app but the technology will be integrated into the camera software of specific devices within the coming months.
